Major Repairs to get a Sticker I brought the car in to get a sticker for the coming year. After looking over the vehicle , a number of items were listed that requires immediate or I brought the car in to get a sticker for the coming year. After looking over the vehicle , a number of items were listed that requires immediate or near future attention. Parts were ordered delivered within two days and the work was completed without a hitch with no delays. The vehicle now sounds much better that when I first brought it in. It should be noted that the vehicle now has over 117,000 miles on it and several of the items requiring attention had not been addressed since I bought the vehicle. More

Excellent waiting area. I was surprised with the nice waiting lobby area. Free wifi, fresh coffee and home made cookies to help pass the time. Staff was very pleasant. The service manager Rich could not have been any more helpful than he was! My issues were dealt with properly and professionally. I had been working with Nissan Corp for a long time to see if there was a helpful than he was! My issues were dealt with properly and professionally. I had been working with Nissan Corp for a long time to see if there was a recall for my rear control bars. Because it was in the paper that there should’ve been a recall for this bad issue. Well my car finally broke and sat in front of my house for a long time as I waited for a recall letter, which never came. So I had to get it fixed at Boch Nissan. They did a nice job & I paid close to three grand and life went on. Then someone was nice enough to call me to say that they had been a recall and Rich was very helpful in getting me in & dealing with my issue and now all the paperwork has been filed with Nissan & I’m going to be reimbursed! Thanks Rich! More
