Everything went fine. Went in for rear view camera harness recall. Didn't happen because it's not official yet. Had tires rotated and car inspected. Bob greeted me when I came in, took the car right away, and called me when it was ready about an hour later. Everything went fine with the tire, rotation and oil change.
