I am buying a rear bumper step for my titan xd sl from Boch. I spent numerous hours on the internet looking for items for my 2017 Titan. I spoke with Paul in parts this morning. He was friendly, very knowledge I spent numerous hours on the internet looking for items for my 2017 Titan. I spoke with Paul in parts this morning. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He took extra time to explain and clarify. Too many of us do not take the time we should with others. dont not get service here boch never responded or even tried too. they did work on my car without fully diagnosing it and I had to bring my car to a bodyshop to do an insurance boch never responded or even tried too. they did work on my car without fully diagnosing it and I had to bring my car to a bodyshop to do an insurance claim because what they did was one out of 5 things that needed to get done on my car an that one thing was 630 and they tried to charge me another 700 to do more work. I don't got time for back and forth especially when they aren't diagnosing and advising customers the right way. they could've easily told me to just go thru my insurance instead they charged me 630 and now I have to pay 1000 deductible for insurance. the service manager also had the nerve to tell me get my money back through my insurance and that he doesnt give two xxxxs about the nissan survey it doesnt effect him. so you know see what kind of service they are offering i will be posting this to every site online from dealerrater to yelp to google so everyone gets to see how xxxxed up bochs service is and how they dont care about there customers.
