Disappointed I was extremely disappointed in Boch Nissan. They were unprofessional, disorganized, rude, disrespectful and extremely frustrating. I went there due to a transmission issue and was told it would be handled through Nissan within 6 days. This was my second visit. The machanic came in the car saw the car jerking and video taped it. They went through the process. Did not hear back from them. Had to call multiple times. Finally I was told there’s nothing they could do. Called corporate and was told it would be taken care of. This was a lie as well. I had purchased an extended warranty and did not care who took care of the issue, but just wanted it fixed. They told me it HAD to be sent to Nissan first. They still would not send it to my extended warranty. My wife and son drive this care and it’s dangerous. The manager did nothing to help. We were told by Matt that if corporate says nothing is wrong even if there is then they basically have to lie to the client and say nothing is wrong. We are still dealing with this nightmare. When my wife came to get her car and asked where the car was the service reseptionist is a female and she was so unbelievable rude my wife was stunned and could not believe it. I would NEVER buy a car from Boch Nissan in Norwood. the service is the most unprofessional people I have ever met. More

Unfortunately I have to bring my car back on Monday to fix the same problem which showed up within 5. minutes of driving to come back again. Not happy after waiting 1 1\2 hours to fix the problem. Hopefully they will fix it right this time More

Boch Nissan You really never know what you will get when visiting this location . But in generally you can always anticipate having an issue . This visit was no different as when I arrived the service provider argued with me about obtaining a rental that was set up by Nissan North America in advance . Visits to this location are consistently frustrating . I also find it generally concerning that the paperwork they provided me indicates over 1000.00 worth of work needing to be done without any explanation. More

Last Saturday I picked up the vehicle that I purchased the following weekend. I was supposed to get it during the week but the service department needed more time to get the big scratch off plus I decided to switch out the seats for leather. On Thursday I was driving the vehicle and noticed the check engine light came on. Upon looking in the manual it was an emissions issue and said to open the gas to see if it was loose I did that it never shut off. I called my sales rep that I worked with and she spoke to the managerAnd due to impending snowstorm and the severity of the issue we thought it would be best to take it to a local Nissan dealership. Upon speaking with the dealership they said there was a faulty valve in the transmission “the heart of the transmission”.As you can imagine my frustration of having this car for five days and an issue like this was not caught during inspection at your dealership. I am very disappointed that this has occurred and I am very worried I did not purchase a quality reliable car. This is my third Nissan Pathfinder And my seventh Nissan. I am obviously a loyal Nissan customer, But I am very disappointed that I chose this dealership. I live over an hour away so it’s not very convenient for me to bring my car there but thank goodness I didn’t because it honestly wasn’t safe to bring. I thought this was a certified pre-owned car, but apparently that does not mean anything. I am usually the type of person that will go above and beyond to give praise because I feel like that is something that is not often done, but unfortunately this time I feel very disappointed. Unacceptable length of time! All day is not acceptable! I know that I'm not the only customer. I get it. Based on the information I received when I made my appointment I allocated three hours (4 at the very most) for my visit. 5.5 hours is beyond acceptable in my opinion!! 3.5-4 hours after arrival, is when I was consulted about what work to move forward with; the actual work only took 1.5-2 hours. I understand that diagnostics are necessary and that they take time but this is absurd and not very professional. Why exactly have set appointment times if they're not going to be adhered to? Having said that, every employee that I interacted with was extremely professional, kind and courteous. They get an A+. The process needs work and gets a C. More
