Disappointed I was extremely disappointed in Boch Nissan. They were unprofessional, disorganized, rude, disrespectful and extremely frustrating. Will not work with I was extremely disappointed in Boch Nissan. They were unprofessional, disorganized, rude, disrespectful and extremely frustrating. Will not work with them again. I went there due to a transmission issue and was told it would be handled through Nissan within 6 days. This was my second visit. The machanic came in the car saw the car jerking and video taped it. They went through the process. Did not hear back from them. Had to call multiple times. Finally I was told there’s nothing they could do. Called corporate and was told it would be taken care of. This was a lie as well. I had purchased an extended warranty and did not care who took care of the issue, but just wanted it fixed. They told me it HAD to be sent to Nissan first. They still would not send it to my extended warranty. My wife and son drive this care and it’s dangerous. The manager did nothing to help. We were told by Matt that if corporate says nothing is wrong even if there is then they basically have to lie to the client and say nothing is wrong. We are still dealing with this nightmare. When my wife came to get her car and asked where the car was the service reseptionist is a female and she was so unbelievable rude my wife was stunned and could not believe it. I would NEVER buy a car from Boch Nissan in Norwood. the service is the most unprofessional people I have ever met. More

Sensor issue Marvin, the service advisor was great however I was not pleased with the work that was done. Unfortunately I have to bring my car back on Monday to fi Marvin, the service advisor was great however I was not pleased with the work that was done. Unfortunately I have to bring my car back on Monday to fix the same problem which showed up within 5. minutes of driving to come back again. Not happy after waiting 1 1\2 hours to fix the problem. Hopefully they will fix it right this time More
