After I tried to negotiate the price and was told the sticker price was firm and they would not negotiate, I decided to pay the asking price. My phone calls were misdirected, unanswered and never returned. I went to the website and locked in the price. The next day when I called back the price had been raised one thousand dollars!! I was blindsided by this! When I spoke with salesman that I dealt with 3 days prior he said I could probably still get it for the price that it was marked on he day I drove it. He would check with his boss and call me back. On the return call I was fed a bunch of lame reasons for the price increase. None of which sounded credible. He then offered to meet me half way! Apparently the no haggling only applies to the buyer ...not the seller! So bottom line, they wanted me to pay 500$ more than the sticker on the day I test drove the car! The way they operate is devious, deceitful and unethical!! I will never recommend anyone deal with these crooks! More

They were like wolves that can feel your desperation after our car was totaled. Long story short, We financed a USED car that was worth $13+, and ended with an $18k+ bill. When the finance guy explained what came with the car-- security plus service contract,-- my impression was it came without a cost because he did not mention the amount. Then more signing, again without mentioning the dollar amounts. I signed my life away. When I recently reviewed the 2+ service contract, it covers until 100K, the car has 42,000. When I did my first payment and saw 18k for the amount. I thought it was a mistake, I called the lien holder, not a mistake and then called the dealership, finance guy, I asked "does this mean we are stuck with the 18+k? Rob said, "yeah". I have never felt so dumb and scammed after that call. Rob called me two times but never left a voicemail. Been calling the sales guy, no answer or call back. I would never a used financed a car that cost much. More

The knowledge from our salesman Carlos Lucario was more than satisfactory. He was very helpful, not pushy, pleasant, and made us feel comfortable with our purchase. The manager, Sebastian was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely reasonable. The finance manager, George, was also friendly, and professional and took time to explain many options to us before finalizing our paperwork. I highly recommend dealing with this dealership, especially the three gentlemen I have mentioned. I will definitely return to purchase another vehicle from these men, and highly recommend any and all to do the same. More

He was not pushy at all - a real difference from other salespeople I dealt with when looking at cars. He was very knowledgeable, patient (answered my multiple questions displaying a high level of product knowledge, and did not show any frustration as I asked some of the same questions more than once). I did not feel like I was being sold to, or pressured in any way, and Nick's great personality made me feel comfortable to ask all of my questions - felt more like I was interacting with a friend than a sales person. I got the feeling he truly wanted me to be completely satisfied with my eventual decision, even if I did not buy through him. The gentleman who assisted me in the finance department was also very helpful, knowledgeable and patiently fully answered all of my questions - I apologize but I cannot recall his name. More
