They listed a truck online for $35,224. I called and spoke with Steven Ravanis, he said I didn't qualify for the recent grad or active military discounts and the truck would be a little over $36,000. So I went in sat down with Deekie and Ian and after offering me $2400 more than what I owe on a trade in and a $1000 cash from me it brought the price to oh only $38,363. So I guess they were intent on getting $6000 more than what they listed it as! Just liars, I guess they can just say whatever they want. Oh but I could have taken out an 84 month loan, that's always a good plan. More

Worst car buying experience ever! Read reviews before you go Okay I'm doing my review about my experience with Boch Nissan in Norwood, MA. Take the review as you want but do to their lack of Customer Service and Okay I'm doing my review about my experience with Boch Nissan in Norwood, MA. Take the review as you want but do to their lack of Customer Service and responding to concerns I would not recommend any of my friends to their dealership. I gave them numerous chances to fix these issues but apparently they care less. I wonder if Ernie knows how these dealerships and his customers are being dealt with There is more to the review I wrote and I will add later. This is the review I sent to the "Tell it to the owners" link on their website which then thanked me and said a specialist would contact me soon and that was last Friday 8/24. Please read below. Pictures are of email that I sent regarding a repair I was to get reimbursed for that was not done prior to delivery of the vehicle. They delivered the vehicle with a screw still in the tire after Nick / Sales Manager promised me it would be taking care. No response except the response that he rcvd the second invoice for the repair. Here goes..(Its long) We went to your dealership on 7/30/2018. We had a great experience in test driving the vehicle and also Ian was helpful on helping us with the deal. We then found out after our agreement that the vehicle had and issue with the title and they were still waiting on the title. We agreed that we would wait on the title because we really wanted to buy the Toyota sienna from your dealership. After waiting almost 2 weeks we called Nick on a Saturday 8/11/18 to ask about the title because we were leaving messages for Shawn and he wasn't returning our phone calls. Nick answered right away and agreed to call the Toyota Bank or wherever the title error was to check on status. He called me back on Monday 8/13/18 afternoon to inform me that they still have not sent it out and it could be more towards the middle or end of the week. We had contacted him late on Thursday 8/16/18 afternoon to check in. He said that he still didn’t receive the title and that he would call again to check on the status on Friday 8/17/18 morning. He called me on Friday morning to let me know that the bank had overnighted the title to him the previous day so it should have been in the mail on Friday or Saturday and he would let me know as soon as it came in. He had called me at 4p on Friday to say he had title in hand and that we were ready to sign. When we went on Sunday 8/19/18 we met with Joe /Finance Manager who was great to work with. We also did one more overlook of the car with Nick the service manager before we left. As we were doing that we noticed the tire had a screw in it. Nick said that the service department would fix the tire. We had asked at that time if we could have the vehicle delivered to us closer to our home. Nick agreed he could deliver it to Putnam and that was the best he could do. We gave him the DMV hours in Putnam and the courtesy of letting him know they are only open on Wed and Fri. He said that the vehicle would be delivered on Wednesday. We had called Joe on Monday 8/20/18 to make sure everything was all set and ready to go. He said it was they just had to check with the registry clerk. At that time I had reminded Shawn about getting the Paint Pen to fix scratches and the screw in tire. They said they were being taking care of. Shawn then told me he just had to check with the registry clerk and he would call me back. Shawn did not call me back. Shawn then called my husband on Tuesday 8/21/18 to let him know that they could not deliver the vehicle on Wednesday because the runner had to have emergency surgery. I spoke to Shawn and he said Wednesday was definitely not possible. I asked Shawn if the vehicle was ready and he told asked me “what do you mean by ready” I then say the detailing, the screw in the tire and the paint pen. He said it was all taking care of. I then called Joe immediately after speaking with Shawn on Tuesday and spoke to him to see if there was anything else we could do. He told me he could see what he could do. He then called me back an hour or so later and said he figured something out to get it registered and delivered on Wednesday. I was very appreciative and thankful to him for helping us. Joe told us they would call us when they left the dealership on Wednesday to let us know when they were on their way. They called in the am to tell us they wouldn’t get to Putnam until 3:00pm because they still had to detail and get the paint for the scratch from your Toyota dealership. My husband Jonathan had told them to call and let them know when they were in Auburn/ Worcester so he could leave work and meet them in Putnam. They never called us until they were in Putnam. My husband asked us if they called when they got to Worcester and they said they sent us a text message which we never received. When they got to the Putnam DMV the person that came with Shawn was irritated already because he had to wait for us and they had 4 customers waiting at the dealership. We then got in line to register the vehicle and that same person kept coming up to the line and making rude comments about the line and how far we had gotten in the line. The line only took 1 hr 30 mins. We got to the DMV at 2p and we were out of there by 330. They continued to make comments as we were putting the plates on that they had to leave and they had customers waiting. Shawn shook my husbands hand and didn’t even acknowledge me at all. His whole attitude towards me was completely unacceptable. Just because my husband name was on the loan doesn’t mean that I wasn’t part of the deal/payment. I understand he is probably upset at me for contacting people above him but the times I did call him because my husband was working and wanted me to call for him I would leave a message he didn’t call me back. I think despite everything we were patient through the process we weren’t calling every single day. So as I was getting ready and all excited about getting my key to my van I had noticed they left the key on and there was a “Check Charging System” warning and a warning light on the dash. I had mention it to Shawn as he was finishing putting the plates on and he said I got to go there are other customers waiting for me. So I started the van and drove home thinking the warning light would go off after I drove it a few miles because I thought it was a Charging system light. We drove it home and then we took it right to the Toyota dealership next to my house. They had told us that is the tire pressure light. We then looked at the tire we knew had the screw in it that was supposed to be fixed and it did not. I called right away and spoke to Howie and he apologized and told me to pay for the tire, send him the receipt and he would send me a check in the morning. We ordered the tire through McGee Toyota in Dudley, MA but was told it wasn’t in stock and would be in on Friday. Yesterday Thursday 8/23/2018 My husband also called Nick to ask if the vehicle was detailed at all because it doesn’t look or feel like it was and we were told a lot of the scratches on the vehicle should come out. I also notice one of the remotes were not working. I thought it was just the battery but apparently the aftermarket remote starter that we had put in by Boch Nissan totally disables the car remote and you need to use the key to unlock the door and the van door open buttons do not work while it is in remote start mode either. Today the Toyota Dealership also notified me that the Tire Sensor Monitor Light is flashing on the vehicle and that it would cost $220 to fix this issue and we haven’t even been able to drive the vehicle besides from the DMV to the Toyota Dealership about 20 miles. I had called the dealership at about 12:30 today to speak with Nick and he didn’t answer so I left him a detailed message about t the Tire Sensor Monitor Issues. I was told he was with a customer and Howie was offsite. It is now 3:00 pm and I have not heard from the yet. I called Howie back at 8am on Satuday 8/25/2018. I told him the Tire Sensor monitor light is still on the dash and that i wasnt going to pay for this again and wait to get reimbursed due to my lack of trust in them. He told me he could possibly do a purchase order and he would see what he could do and call me back. About 15 mins after that phone call I received a phone call from Sean / Service Manager at McGee Toyota in Dudley. He told me that Dan not Howard from Boch Nissan called him and they are going to pay for the repair and to bring the vehicle back up and they were taking care of it. Not thinking anything of it I get to the Toyota dealership as I am standing at service desk Sean gets a call from Dan/ Service Manage at Boch Nissan. He asked Sean if they do Purchase order Sean tells them "Not on Saturdays because our business office is not in" . He says "Okay call me when your done and we will give you the Company Card". Sean then pulls my Van into Service Garage they begin doing the work. I then get a call on my phone from Howard who tells me that Toyota in dudley doesnt do purchase orders and they dont have a company card. He then raised he voice at me to tell me that "I told you not to do anything until i called you back" Which I responded Well they are already working on my vehicle I received a call from Toyota that you guys called and said you were taking care of the bill and to bring it up. This is why I asked you to deal with this and pass the buck onto the Service Manager. I then gave the Mcgee Service manager the phone and asked him to take care of the issue. The Boch Service manager had to pay for it on his credit card and wait for reimbursement from Boch himself. Sunday we took the car up to Boch Nissan in Norwood to have the car detailed because they claimed they detailed it. I have many pictures proving otherwise. We called before we went up there (again not trustworthy) the receptionist said all the detailing employees come in at 11a and to come up. We get there and had to do an overview with howard on our vehicle. You are a New/ Used car dealer you should know how a vehicle should look. So he had to go back to his detailing team which was only one person that he stated "didnt speak english and he had to call the detailer's boss in Boston to have him translate what we needed him to do" He said we shouldnt have come today and he didn't feel he should have called us to let us know. After the detailing was done and Howard asked me to do one overlook of the car. I had asked about a spot on the door and he said "you know the guy is killing himself here to get the car done for you" . Not sure why you would ask me to look at the car if I couldn't give feedback on what I found. Please do not buy a car from Boch. They give you the cold shoulder after purchase and they never call you back! Look up reviews on Dealorator first! More

I was told the car had not been through an accident that it was certified-pre owned which entails a rigorous inspection. I soon came to find out that the vehicle was never properly inspected. I believe that they deliberately sold me a lemon vehicle, because even other mechanics have stated that there is no way that they would have missed the serious issues that are present with this vehicle (some related to the safety of the vehicle) had they done an inspection—especially a Certified Pre-owned inspection. The vehicle had major damage to the front wheel alignment parts (it seems to have been through some significant accident) that was never fixed. The whole side of the vehicle had been repainted. Two mechanics including another dealership were shocked of how bad the alignment is (not something common), one of them, the other dealership, found that the strut was bent and they suspect that there might be more damage to the vehicle. Furthermore, the tires are unevenly worn due to the alignment issues. The vehicle also only came with only one key fob, no mats, no navigation SD card (which should have been included).. and various other issues. These are all things that are part of the Nissan Certified Pre-owned checklist. I have since tried to contact the dealership and they are not returning phone calls or emails. They didn't even respond to my BBB complaint. I had to submit a complaint through Nissan Headquarters which has them only fixing one of the issues and only 80% of it, leaving me which a huge bill to fix the rest. All this not to include the financial issues I had when purchasing the car where they charged more than they were supposed to. More
