She was not pushy and took an interest in me as a customer. I dealt with another employee before dealing with Bella and did not get any attention. But as I was going out the door I bumped into Bella and she helped me right away. She was very kind and knowledgeable and took time to explain everything also. She was exceptional also. Poor Management Customer Service I had my vehicle in for a recall , oil change and brakes, I was given a rental vehicle . Very nice. On Monday I found out my windshield wipers were no I had my vehicle in for a recall , oil change and brakes, I was given a rental vehicle . Very nice. On Monday I found out my windshield wipers were not working , for they were working when I took the vehicle in for service. Being a little irritated, I called the Service Manager Dan Hut, left a message and still not received a call back, I see where his loyalty to customer service lies; 1 star service. I did make an appointment and one of the young men took care of me. To find out it was a connection that was fully put back together. I think you need to rethink your Customer Sevice Manager, he so disrespectful for not even giving it a thought to return my call. More
