Sydney (our salesperson) called us a few times before we scheduled o My husband and I went to the Nissan Norwood dealership last Monday, January 14th. Sydney (our salesperson) called us a few times before we scheduled our visit. Sydney was great. She is super friendly, social and helpful. Sydney and Ian welcomed us when we arrived. They both were incredibly knowledgeable. They didn’t hesitate to answer our questions, and they wanted to work with us. Joseph, our financial advisor, was great to deal with as well. My husband and I leased from this dealership for a second time, and we weren’t disappointed. Keep the good work. More

Poor service/communication This is the short version of events: We experienced excellent service from the sales department (Nik, Carlos, Ian , George) which was the direct oppos This is the short version of events: We experienced excellent service from the sales department (Nik, Carlos, Ian , George) which was the direct opposite of the service we received from the service department (Gabriel, Cynthia) Upon arrival at 7:00 AM at the service dept. I had to wait for the rep to finish his breakfast before he asked to sssist me. The rep was dismissive and unprofessional. I was told my service would take two to three days to complete, I was not contacted by the service dept. during that time period. I called myself and was told the car would be ready for pickup the next day. When I arrived the next day the scheduled repairs had not yet been completed. The vehicle had to sent out again for a total of eight business days to have the repairs completed. the reason given was a ‘lack of cummication’ between the contracted repair shop and Boch Nissan. More

Mr.Henry greeted me within minutes of me arriving, I explained to him that I was just browsing for my daughter, he very kindly assisted me the rest of the way. Unpressured, I made a purchase , he is very well spoken, knows the product and answered all of my questions without missing a detail, if only every customer service experience was like this. More
