Didn't hesitate to try to add on other servicing they felt should also be done, driving the bill into the stratosphere. As is the case for all dealers, shop hourly rates are high. One disappointing feature was that in their repair of the service engine malfunction, they reset the computer such that the radio was completely deprogrammed of all my station settings. They did not warn me about this. More
