Easy Lease Process Last week I emailed Boch Nissan on an inquiry for a 2019 Rogue Sv. Sydney responded quickly and we arranged a time for me to come in and look at the v Last week I emailed Boch Nissan on an inquiry for a 2019 Rogue Sv. Sydney responded quickly and we arranged a time for me to come in and look at the vehicle and test drive it. When I arrived she was waiting for me and we went for a test drive. ( mind you she came in on her day off to meet me) after the test drive we got down into the numbers. I was in very unique situation where I was trying to come out of another lesse 11 months early. We went back and forth and the numbers where not near I needed them to be. Which I was ok with. She emailed me back the next day and said for me to come during the weekend and and was sure a deal could be made at the numbers I wanted. Sure enough I came back in and made a deal for a new lease at the nummbers I wanted. Sydney was a pleasure to work with. Very easy going and very responsive via email. She even picked me up at another dealership after I dropped off my other lesse car so I could take me new car home! 2 thumbs up to Boch Nissan for helping me get into a new lease. I went to 3 other dealerships that’s didnt come close to Boch nissans terms. I also worked with Ian who was also very easy going. More

Disappointed I was extremely disappointed in Boch Nissan. They were unprofessional, disorganized, rude, disrespectful and extremely frustrating. I went there due to a transmission issue and was told it would be handled through Nissan within 6 days. This was my second visit. The machanic came in the car saw the car jerking and video taped it. They went through the process. Did not hear back from them. Had to call multiple times. Finally I was told there’s nothing they could do. Called corporate and was told it would be taken care of. This was a lie as well. I had purchased an extended warranty and did not care who took care of the issue, but just wanted it fixed. They told me it HAD to be sent to Nissan first. They still would not send it to my extended warranty. My wife and son drive this care and it’s dangerous. The manager did nothing to help. We were told by Matt that if corporate says nothing is wrong even if there is then they basically have to lie to the client and say nothing is wrong. We are still dealing with this nightmare. When my wife came to get her car and asked where the car was the service reseptionist is a female and she was so unbelievable rude my wife was stunned and could not believe it. I would NEVER buy a car from Boch Nissan in Norwood. the service is the most unprofessional people I have ever met. More

Sensor issue Marvin, the service advisor was great however I was not pleased with the work that was done. Last Saturday I picked up the vehicle that I purchased the following weekend. I was supposed to get it during the week but the service department needed more time to get the big scratch off plus I decided to switch out the seats for leather. On Thursday I was driving the vehicle and noticed the check engine light came on. Upon looking in the manual it was an emissions issue and said to open the gas to see if it was loose I did that it never shut off. I called my sales rep that I worked with and she spoke to the managerAnd due to impending snowstorm and the severity of the issue we thought it would be best to take it to a local Nissan dealership. Upon speaking with the dealership they said there was a faulty valve in the transmission “the heart of the transmission”.As you can imagine my frustration of having this car for five days and an issue like this was not caught during inspection at your dealership. I am very disappointed that this has occurred and I am very worried I did not purchase a quality reliable car. This is my third Nissan Pathfinder And my seventh Nissan. I am obviously a loyal Nissan customer, But I am very disappointed that I chose this dealership. I live over an hour away so it’s not very convenient for me to bring my car there but thank goodness I didn’t because it honestly wasn’t safe to bring. I thought this was a certified pre-owned car, but apparently that does not mean anything. I am usually the type of person that will go above and beyond to give praise because I feel like that is something that is not often done, but unfortunately this time I feel very disappointed.
