It was a recall, so nothing dire i guess but Why would you schedule my family - including my two small kids - to wait in your waiting room for 3+: hrs while you go and drive to another town an hour awa to get the part? Check that you have it in stock, then schedule my fix. or, get it before my appointment, which you scheduled yourself. You show no respect for a person’s time. More

Once I got to Boch, Dave was great and very nice. He was informative and the service was surprisingly honest and quick. My checkout process was friendly and detailed as well.
