A little bit disappointing I am waiting for 1 day and they keep on telling me that they are waiting for the insurance document. But the fact is, they didn't fax the request to m I am waiting for 1 day and they keep on telling me that they are waiting for the insurance document. But the fact is, they didn't fax the request to my insurance company. Why you didn't fax to them and didn't tell me the truth? Then in the next day, I am waiting in the dealership and they told me that they requested for additional evidence for my leased car, then I wait in there for almost 6 hours and finally, it is done and I get the car. I found that the "exhaust gas emission equipment" is rusted and asked them why this happened? They told me they have no idea about it and let me come to the service center to check. I feel very bad about it and they should be able to make the customer feel convenient and comfortable. More

Unhappy with the Dealership The Customer Service Rep did his absolute best to help me but there’s only so much he can do....nobody seems to know much about any questions I ask . We got the deal we wanted on the car we wanted.
