The internet rep had the manager look at it and told me that it only had a small defect in the clearcoat that would be buffed out. When the salesman showed me the car today I immediately saw a major scrape that went at least 2 feet long on the side door, numerous scratches in other places and damage to the front bumper..I'd be fired in my business... This was a 3 hour waste of time on a Sunday, very very frustrating. no excuse was given More

2017 Nissan Maxima SV Update WOW. You guys are pathetic. I have confirmed the 2017 Nissan Maxima SV you have for sale on the internet is the same car that I was given a refund WOW. You guys are pathetic. I have confirmed the 2017 Nissan Maxima SV you have for sale on the internet is the same car that I was given a refund (100%). The car right wheel was pushed back and the right side 1/4 panel was repainted with a flat paint instead of gloss paint. It was damage. Even if Carfax said it wasn't. Because you acknowledge this to me, you should have disclouse this to potential buyer Not only that, you put the car up as as Certified Nissan Car. Why would you do this to another customer? I will make sure to provide all the information to BBB and Nissan itself. Please note: In my possession is the original copy of the Nissan Pre-Owned Inspection checklist.
