Any positive rating for this place must be a relative. Worst dealership experience ever. Used high pressure tactics and tried to take advantage of me. Won’t be back! Hi crystal Well I have bought 2 cars from Boch now! The second which was this purchase wasn’t as good so I thought I should tell you! I realize you a Hi crystal Well I have bought 2 cars from Boch now! The second which was this purchase wasn’t as good so I thought I should tell you! I realize you are in it to squeeze every dollar from a deal that’s business! That being said it’s my job to make a fair purchase! First off my credit score is impeccable and I received a % rate based on dealer kick backs!perfect score and I receive a rate of 5.90%! I could have done better anywhere!!!! But you know what I signed like a fool!buts that cause interest was hidden till signed WONT HAPPEN again! On top of that I noticed a decent scrap on bumper asked if that could be taken care of and salesman said no but I can get u touch up paint at cost! Really! I should have gotten up and left but my daughter needed a car as hers died.if I ran a dealership this would not happen! Lesson learned you got me! It just goes toward the car dealer persona! Iam not furious but do feel burned,self inflicted by signing.iam only telling the truth and will think twice about any Boch dealership again! Sorry Crystal. Picked up car last night salesman gave me a 2oz can of paint,car was supposed to be detailed armor all on wheels that’s it,wonted glue removed from dashboard was all still there,they couldn’t have got me out of there fast enough! Will be writting to Boch jr not that it will matter but had enough! More

Nissan Rogue 2015 Yamin was extremely friendly and informative. We had been to several dealerships earlier and did not have nearly as great customer service as Yamin ha Yamin was extremely friendly and informative.
