I had really wanted to do a deal with these people, because they had the car I wanted, and they were the closest to me. I showed up at the agreed-upon appointment time and Tony was late. When I finally saw him, he said they lose money on selling cars, and gave me the best deal he could offer. It was higher than what the dealership quoted me earlier. He was also rude and condescending. I walked out. The internet sales guy contacted me a few days later and asked how the visit went. I said "extremely poorly." He didn't apologize but asked what I was after in terms of a deal. I told him. He said his manager authorized an offer that was about $260 away from what I was willing to do. They would not budge. So I drove 40 miles to another dealership and bought the $42,000 car from them, at a couple thousand dollars less than Boch Nissan South would do. My worst enemies should shop at Boch, but not my friends. More

There was this really cool salesman there, I think his name was Yaahmin or something. Everyone else seemed a bit pushy to me. Took more than two weeks to pay off my previous lienholder, and the sales manager wasn't truthful about when the check was sent (previous lienholder shared the overnight receipt information with me so that was disappointing. He could have just been honest and said they didn't mail it on time.) I have bought many cars over my lifetime, and this was the worst transaction I can recall having. The people who were there when I picked up my car were helpful and friendly, however, and I appreciated their focus on getting my car ready for me. More

They charged me an inflated amount of money for an accessory that they never put on the vehicle. When I contacted them about it they said they would look into it and get back to me which they never accessory that they never put on the vehicle.
