Her professionalism, calm demeanor, and sense of humor was a welcome relief from the old car stereotypical dealer experience. Autumn was quick to answer any questions we had while simultaneously making us feel at home. She swiftly located the Murano we came to see, cleared up any concerns, and offered beverages and snacks while we waited for our finances to clear. She kept things moving. From the time we arrived to final signatures was barely over an hour. I must also praise Sami in finance. He also was quick on the draw and ensured we waited the minimal amount of time during the signing process. Even when we threw a curveball requesting a transfer of a custom license plate from our old purchased care to the new lease, Autumn and the rest of the Boch team took things in stride and made it work. There was clear communication throughout the entire process and I honestly don't think it could have been done any faster. We have no hesitation in recommending Boch Nissan South to our friends and family. More

Was my oil even changed? I had a 1:00 appointment and waited for over 2 hours for an oil change. A guy roaming around holding my keys asked me if I was there for an inspectio I had a 1:00 appointment and waited for over 2 hours for an oil change. A guy roaming around holding my keys asked me if I was there for an inspection sticker. I said no but those are my keys. He handed me the keys and told me my car was in the parking lot. To tell the truth I’m not even sure the oil was changed. No one talked to me and I signed or paid nothing. I just left. It was a horrible experience. NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER. More

Loved the service from your exceptional staff! I drove in, Jason Simion (?) came right out. I needed oil change and tire rotation. Brought vehicle in 3 times within 2 weeks for issue Brought car in for airbag/seatbelt issue on dash. Told them i couldnt leave the car over because i had no other transportation. They never called with an update that night so i called them to find out they were still diagnosing my car. The next day same thing, no call so we called at 5pm for an update and said i would need a rental if was going to be any longer. The car rental was already closed so had to wait yet another day to get a rental car. Get a call back that they supposedly fixed issue and found a leak under hood. Come to find out was old residue from something, no leak. They did an update for airbag and assured us they thought it was taken care of but said call if the light comes back on. Took car home within 3 days light reappeared again. Called and brought car back in Thursday when i was told. Only to have to come back because the car rental guy was on break. (They knew i needed a rental and said to come anytime before 430, i came in at 2). After coming back, had to then wait 45 minutes for them to get a car cleaned and ready for me, which should have already been done. I get a call 2 days later that my car is one again fixed. This time they changed module in dash. To only get there and the seatbelt lights are still on and the airbag light is flashing this time. My husband and i brought the car right back and drive around with the service supervisor to show him the flashing lights. He took a video of it happening. When we arrived back at the dealership we started hearing a ticking/ banging noise under the hood, which we've never heard before. He also agreed it was not a normal noise and was to look into it. We left the car once again for repair. They replaced passenger seat cushion this time and fuel damper. Thankfully the car is under warranty so did not have to pay for the airbag light issues but did have to pay our $100 deductible for the fuel damper to be replaced which is crazy seeing as the parts only equal $85.07 and the $455.00 labor. After the run around we have been through for this i don't think we should have had to pay anything especially since the car only had the airbag issue when it was brought here in the 1st place. We will not be bringing our car back to this location for any further repairs. More
