Oil change Very angry about time to get done and out. First, took 3 times to get data from car and enter into system just to get in queue, while others came and Very angry about time to get done and out. First, took 3 times to get data from car and enter into system just to get in queue, while others came and went. I explained i was tight on time but assured they were mot busy so would be quick. After 2 other people came and went for same oil change sfter me, tracked down service clerk. Said need 5 more minutes to write up slip thst was sitting on desk. Sought her out again after waiting and she finished, walked me to empty cashier's desk and left me for another 15 minutes until i sought out 3 other employees just to pay the bill and leave. Finally another service clerk came and csshed me out. Seriously? 2 hours for oil change and empty service area not busy? Very frustrating. Usually very good but this visit was awful. More
Kept adding more and more! I would not recommend going to Boch Nissan South for service. After being a customer for 3 years, I am leaving. My wife and I lease a car from them I would not recommend going to Boch Nissan South for service. After being a customer for 3 years, I am leaving. My wife and I lease a car from them and also always used them for service. I was ok paying a bit more thinking I could trust them. After a recent incident, my trust is gone. Long story short, my car went in for service and they found a small oil leak. They quoted me $700 and I said ok. After over a week, the bill ballooned to $3,500. It kept increasing and I felt I had no recourse because my car was in pieces. It was always a bit more every time they called. If I had thought it was going to go over $1,000 I would have shopped around, but by hooking me and reeling me in, Boch left me no choice. On top of this, every time I spoke to a representative, it didn't seem like a big deal to them. They did not return my calls, did not send me estimates or an invoice when asked and were overall disinterested. After it was all done, I voiced my concerns to their customer service and survey to give them a chance to respond and did not receive any answer. Again, not concerned about their customer. I will not be returning and I would recommend you to find a different dealer and service center. More

Outstanding Leasing Experience with Autumn We just completed leasing a 2019 Murano from Boch Nissan South, and could not have been happier with the experience. We were immediately and warml We just completed leasing a 2019 Murano from Boch Nissan South, and could not have been happier with the experience. We were immediately and warmly greeted by Autumn. Her professionalism, calm demeanor, and sense of humor was a welcome relief from the old car stereotypical dealer experience. Autumn was quick to answer any questions we had while simultaneously making us feel at home. She swiftly located the Murano we came to see, cleared up any concerns, and offered beverages and snacks while we waited for our finances to clear. She kept things moving. From the time we arrived to final signatures was barely over an hour. I must also praise Sami in finance. He also was quick on the draw and ensured we waited the minimal amount of time during the signing process. Even when we threw a curveball requesting a transfer of a custom license plate from our old purchased care to the new lease, Autumn and the rest of the Boch team took things in stride and made it work. There was clear communication throughout the entire process and I honestly don't think it could have been done any faster. We have no hesitation in recommending Boch Nissan South to our friends and family. More
