Wonderful experience I had a really great experience at this Nissan service center. Normally I’m weary of the service advisors trying to get me to spend money, but I had a I had a really great experience at this Nissan service center. Normally I’m weary of the service advisors trying to get me to spend money, but I had a wonderful advisor, David Pari. He went over the work that needed to be done to my car and when I questioned anything, he had a clear explanation and demos of my car and how certain parts worked. I trusted him and the work that needed to be done. The wait was not bad because I kept busy and had a lot of work done to my car. Oh and one service advisor passed out cold water bottles to everyone waiting. It was such a lovely experience and I honestly felt like I was driving a new car after. I have a long commute and travel around NE for work so I need my car to be in the best condition. Definitely satisfied with the work that was done and the advisor David Pari, that helped me. More

Quality work done timely went in for an oil change, tire rotation and for them to change my break fluid. It took about two hours but it was a Saturday morning so it was what i went in for an oil change, tire rotation and for them to change my break fluid. Oil change Made an appointment for 830. Showed up at 815. Car was not touched until about 930. Was not expecting to have to wait that long. Didn't get out unti Made an appointment for 830. Right rear was 32. Had to stop and get air in it. More
