Has gone downhill I have been going to this establishment for 7 yrs after having bought my truck here when it was called Nissan World. Since it was became Boch Nissan I have been going to this establishment for 7 yrs after having bought my truck here when it was called Nissan World. Since it was became Boch Nissan it has gone steadily downhill. They have got rid of all the old employees except one. Even the personnel originally brought in by Boch have changed on every visit. My most recent and final visit to this facility was on 3/6/19. I went in for an oil change and a quote on new tires. The oil change went quickly and I received the quote. When asked how long of a lead time they needed to order the tires, I was told 1day. On 3/8/19 I contacted the service rep Dave by text and asked if he would order the tires as I would be there first thing on 3/11/19, he said ok. I arrived at 7:30 am on 3/11/19 to be informed by Dave that the tires would arrive on the 10 am delivery. He offered a loaner vehicle which I turned down as I work nights and would be going to bed soon and not getting up until after they closed. I informed him I would be back on 3/13/19 at 7:30 am. I arrived at 7:30 am on 3/13/19 and signed the work order and proceeded to waiting area. After approximately 25 mins Dave came in and politely informed me the tires weren’t actually there but would be arriving an 1 hour from Taunton. My reply was “just like they would be on the 10am delivery on 3/11/19?”. His reply was that he orders thousands of parts every week and that I can’t expect him to keep track of each and every one of them. He again adamantly offered a loaner vehicle which again I refused for previous stated reason. I informed him to call me and leave a message when the tires arrive and I would be in the next day. I got up for work at 7 pm that night and there was no message so obviously the tires had not arrived in 1hour from Taunton. I went online and ordered tires from another retailer with an appointment for 3/18/19 in which I received my tires from that retailer. in summary I will not go back to this place for any reason as the quality of customer service has gone steadily downhill since it became Boch Nissan. More
Promises, Promises, Promises Nothing special about this dealership, weak customer service and follow up after the sale. I drove the car home the same day I bought it, got back and noticed the gas tank almost completely empty. I had to continue to call and text them over a 2 week period to make sure they were going to get the vin check done for my registration (Rhode Island). Salesmen told me they would call me when the registration came in, I called the receptionist a few days later, guess what, it was in, thanks for calling Boch. Never received all the paperwork from finance department after continuing asking for it, got the most important stuff I guess? Never an apology, bottom line, don't bother dealing with this dealership their nothing but a huge headache! FYI-just got back from getting my car inspected in Rhode Island (at a Nissan dealership) they found the following concerns with this 2017 "CERTIFIED" Nissan Altima. The front brake pads installed incorrectly which caused the bracket hardware to be bent and will result in uneven pad wear. The tires were also mismatched, brand and wear, a Hercules Roadtour with 3 Continental tires (one of the tires trend depth requiring immediate attention). Hard to imagine how this passed their certification test, but just scheduled an appointment with a Boch Service Manager to find out, will keep you updated with the results. More

Best car buying experience ever !!! I had gone to another Nissan dealership earlier in the day , suffice it to say.
