Fixed the problem but While on a shopping trip, my vehicle started to shake. Fortunately I was near Boch Nissan. I pulled up to the automatic doors but was not close enough While on a shopping trip, my vehicle started to shake. Fortunately I was near Boch Nissan. I pulled up to the automatic doors but was not close enough. I tried pulling forward and the truck started to roll backwards. I took the truck out of gear and re-shifted into drive with the same result. I went inside and explained the situation noting that there were only 9100 miles on the vehicle. The service personnel seemed surprised. One individual went outside, backed away from the door and then pulled forward into a parking space. He came back in and stated that he found nothing wrong. All service personnel seemed to echo this response challenging our version of events. Their attitude was almost mocking. In any event I left the truck and lo and behold it required a brand new transmission! Can’t complain about the mechanical work but their attitude needs some serious adjustment More
