Customer service contacted me via email to check on my satisfaction but after explaining my issue no one has contacted me...makes me feel that all the emails and surveys is just a lot of Boch Nissan going through the motions More

Great customer service center I brought my car to the service center. Laura was just about to take her lunch hour. Instead she stayed to get me checked in.
