Horrible after purchase service/relationship Bought a Nissan Rogue and my temporary plate had expired. I called dealer and salesman multiple times. Never received 1 call back. My wife went to the Bought a Nissan Rogue and my temporary plate had expired. I called dealer and salesman multiple times. Never received 1 call back. My wife went to the dealer to see what they could do. They kept giving her the runaround saying vin kept coming back wrong. They kept her there 2 1/2 hours and they still did not have an answer for her. They offered her a rental. They gave her a sedan. She had 4 teenage girls in the car waiting to go to the beach. So her suv was full of bags and chairs to go to the beach and they made all of them wait 2 1/2 hours before they decided to give her a rental. She gets the rental and goes to leave the gas tank was empty and light was on so she went back in to tell them and they said there was nothing they could do. Unbelievable. I still have not gotten a call back from Joe my salesman, I called him numerous times since Sunday. They were my best friend when I went in to buy the car and was told “you are not just getting a sale you are getting a friend” “we are always here for you and will help you”. BS I emailed manager and no reply from him either. Terrible customer service. More

a little let down I thought my car would have been at minimum put through a car wash or detailed. Clearly I was wrong I buffed our a large scrape on the passenger side I thought my car would have been at minimum put through a car wash or detailed. Clearly I was wrong I buffed our a large scrape on the passenger side fender and cleaned around the gear shift myself. Granted I know it isn’t new still. A little let down. More
