After meeting and working with my salesman, Elliott Miller we test drove the vehicles I wanted and even a vehicle not on my list and left happy. After further research my husband and I decided to return to drive the vehicle one more time and after we worked out numbers. I would recommend Boch Nissan to anyone and my experience was excellent. Best price. Worst customer service. I shopped around & found Boch Nissan South had the best price for the new car I wanted. Other than price this was the worst car buying experience I’ve I shopped around & found Boch Nissan South had the best price for the new car I wanted. Other than price this was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. From setting up an appointment to the sales negotiations and the delivery of my new car there were multiple mistakes and frustrating interactions about relatively small problems. We had to go back multiple times to sign different forms. I only received one of the plates back from my trade-in. The other plate was left on the car when it went to auction! My brand new car was delivered with a boot print and yellow stain on the interior ceiling. Our salesperson was a nice guy but new to the job. He tried to make things right but he didn’t have training for the paperwork and some issues were out of his hands. A sales manager called me when I complained about the condition of the car. I called back twice but couldn’t get him on the phone. (I was later told that I didn’t return his calls.) Another sales manger called. He was condescending and dismissive of my concerns until I insisted he make the clean up of my new car a priority. Yesterday I waited 3 hours for service to replace a faulty sensor and then another hour for the reconditioning dept to clean the stains. When the car was brought to me the headliner where the stain was had obviously been scrubbed with a rough brush. The fibers of the fabric were pulled up & fuzzy. It definitely doesn’t look like a new car in that area. Additionally there are new brown fingerprints on the interior ceiling of the car. I ended up leaving the dealership at that point even though the recon manager said he would take care of it. I did not trust them to do anything else to the car. I will not go back to the dealership. These issues were minor but there were many and they were not handled well. *Also, I do not understand the purpose of their surveys for sales & service when I’m given a ‘cheat sheet’ and offered a discount from service on my next oil change if I gave perfect scores. More
Honesty I was told the oil change took so long was because the mechanic could not loosen one of the oil pan nuts, and subsequently had to be heated to remove. Since my last oil change was done at Nissan South, David Pari apologized and did not charge for the service. ( I was waiting there for 3 hours). I appreciated his honesty, as he could’ve said that it was busy that day. ( I did have an appointment though, it wasn’t express drive in. ) More
