Poor scheduling and no consideration for time Went in for a new vehicle 1st oil change Appointment was at 9:30 got there and was told it would be at least an hour and a half. Used car sales at their best I called 2 hours before I went there (4PM) and 2 people confirmed that the car was still there. Of course, when I got there I was told the car was sold in the morning. They had me look at other cars, obviously. I had a pre-approval letter from BOA, they introduced me to 2 different managers, hussling to finance with them. They really didn't want to sell me the car with that approval letter. I preferred to loose all the discounts, not to finance with them. I lost 2,5 hours of my life just to convince them to use the letter I had. Very aggressive, very inconsiderate to my wishes, deceiving. I truly feel bed for the people working there. More
