Service I had an oil change, tire rotation and Mass Inspection. It took less than 1 hour. Stephan was the person I worked with. He was friendly and profess I had an oil change, tire rotation and Mass Inspection. It took less than 1 hour. Stephan was the person I worked with. He was friendly and professional. At the end, I was told with next oil change I would need a new cabin filter. At home I reviewed the status report online and found the engine air filter marked in red. It had not been changed on this visit and was not even mentioned to me. If it had been I would have said do it. My husband has done business with Boch Toyota for many years. He told me someone from service always points out any body damage they see. As it turned out, when I got home I found I had damage to the rear passenger side bumper which I was not aware of. I know the damage did not occur at Boch Nissan, but it highlighted the importance of that walk around. More

Sitting area was clean, comfortable - with complimentary coffee, snacks, TV and Wi Fi. Rest room was also very clean. My car was washed. Always a nice perk! More
