There have never been any surprises with estimates being higher than quoted... My husband and I went in and talked to David and he was nothing but helpful, friendly and understanding to our frustrations. He made sure we got the car in the next day and took care of everything plus some. I just want to thank him for his excellent customer service and for bringing a positive light to this not so great car buying experience. I didn’t plan on coming back here for service but definitely will now. More

The reps are friendly and approachable, and my favorite thing is that they all speak to me in very practical terms without trying to sell me things I don’t need by using “big words”. It can be intimidating coming to a dealership for service, but Boch makes it very straightforward and affordable with coupons and sales. David Pari has been exceptional to work with! He welcomes me with a smile every time, and is very quick and efficient at processing my drop off transaction. He went above and beyond to even look through my glovebox envelope loaded with too much paperwork to find out info regarding my warranty! And the best part is that the service team always has their work completed earlier than the provided ETA! More
