It can be intimidating coming to a dealership for service, but Boch makes it very straightforward and affordable with coupons and sales. David Pari has been exceptional to work with! He welcomes me with a smile every time, and is very quick and efficient at processing my drop off transaction. He went above and beyond to even look through my glovebox envelope loaded with too much paperwork to find out info regarding my warranty! And the best part is that the service team always has their work completed earlier than the provided ETA! More

Very slow. Took way too long. Everyone was very friendly and the job was well done. However, I dropped my car off on the express lane at 10:15 and at 12:30 it hadn’t even moved to Everyone was very friendly and the job was well done. Once it was questioned, they took it in the back right away to be serviced. 25 minutes later they came out and asked if I wanted my car inspected. I informed the guy when I checked in that I needed it inspected. Another 25 minutes to do that. Nothing express about My visit yesterday. More
