Poor begining Everything about my service call visit was great except for when I arrived. Instead she went to another car that pulled in after I did and took their info. And still never acknowledged me. Meanwhile I was standing next to my car waiting. No one else from service greeted me. Finally she came to what and simply said what are you here for today? Not even a hello or sorry for the wait More
