She explained the process to me and gave me time frame when the car would be worked on, and also when it would be completed. She was extremely thorough and professional the entire time I was there. She welcomed me to have something to eat and drink during the wait. After completion, she explained the recall notice in detail to me and I felt extremely satisfied with my visit at Boch Nissan South and Laura Lariviere. Thank you for the professional service Laura. Nobody rushing you, a nice experience I am very skeptical of people who try to sell me things. Even people who I go to asking to buy them. He never steered the conversation away from my stated goals and never once suggested something beyond my price range without being very clear "This one puts you over by $100, though so be aware". He was knowledgeable about the cars available and very fun to deal with. I ended up leaving very happy with a deal that exceeded my stated goals on entering. I'd recommend stopping by if you need a Nissan and ask for Blane. More

They wanted to charge $130 per issue just to look at them with no assurance of success. One of the issue they already fixed once and it broke again. They are also a bit rude at points of the discussion and fighting amongst themselves. We will take our business somewhere else in the future. This is the third Bock dealership I have had issues with and I have only dealt with 3 of them so it is 100% poor experiences. More
