slow, poor service I called ahead for a service appointment. Calling ahead made no difference. It was extremely busy. The woman who greeted me seemed less interested in I called ahead for a service appointment. Calling ahead made no difference. It was extremely busy. The woman who greeted me seemed less interested in why I was there and more concerned with selling me more service. When she finally told me the problem with my car, I told her I had an extended warranty. I got her the policy and she seemed annoyed that she would need to call for approval. After a 1/2 hour, I went to check on the approval, which annoyed her even more, and she told me she hadn't gotten to it yet. In the end, my car was fixed after 2 1/2 hours and my extended warranty covered the cost. Going to Boch Nissan for service is worse than going to the dentist. At least the people are pleasant at the dentist. More
