Stephen is absolutley wonderful! Stephen is such a great manager. I have been going to this Nissan dealership for a few years now and always prefer to speak directly with Stephen. He goes out of his way to make sure the customer is taken care of and goes out of his way to know the customers. He remembered that i had kids and asked how they were doing etc. He goes above and beyond to connect with the customers and make sure they leave Nissan happy. More

Performed unauthorized and unnecessary work . I went in for an oil change, recall and sticker. Before the work was performed and approved I was never shown a list of what they were going to do. I I went in for an oil change, recall and sticker. Before the work was performed and approved I was never shown a list of what they were going to do. I did electronically sign a blank screen that had no itemized list of work that was to be performed. When I went to pay the bill it was much higher than I expected. I questioned the amount and 3 different people looked at my invoice and that’s when we figured out that I received the “oil change and tire rotation “ package. I never asked for a tire rotation, and it was never mentioned to me. My car only has 2023 miles and the tire rotation was not necessary. It was starting to get dark and I have trouble seeing at night so I just paid my bill and left. The next day I left a message with the Assistant General Manager, Joseph Tewksbury, explaining my issue and asked for a call back. My voicemail was ignored and I never received a call back. More
