Stephen is absolutley wonderful! Stephen is such a great manager. I have been going to this Nissan dealership for a few years now and always prefer to speak directly with Stephen. Performed unauthorized and unnecessary work . I went in for an oil change, recall and sticker. Before the work was performed and approved I was never shown a list of what they were going to do. I I went in for an oil change, recall and sticker. Before the work was performed and approved I was never shown a list of what they were going to do. I did electronically sign a blank screen that had no itemized list of work that was to be performed. When I went to pay the bill it was much higher than I expected. I questioned the amount and 3 different people looked at my invoice and that’s when we figured out that I received the “oil change and tire rotation “ package. I never asked for a tire rotation, and it was never mentioned to me. My car only has 2023 miles and the tire rotation was not necessary. It was starting to get dark and I have trouble seeing at night so I just paid my bill and left. The next day I left a message with the Assistant General Manager, Joseph Tewksbury, explaining my issue and asked for a call back. My voicemail was ignored and I never received a call back. More
