My Recall Experience Your mechanical crew was overbooked, so it took longer to fix the recall than I had planned for. Fortunately, David Pari was able to arrange a loaner Your mechanical crew was overbooked, so it took longer to fix the recall than I had planned for. Fortunately, David Pari was able to arrange a loaner car for me, so I was able to return the following morning to retrieve my own car during daylight hours, since I prefer not to drive at night any more. As always, all of the service department personnel were friendly, courteous, and competent. Also, it is comforting to know that Nissan admitted the need of an unusual recall, and also that the fix was done at no charge to me.
