I’ve been going to this location for most than 10 years. The service provided yesterday was poor and unprofessional. Pretty disappointed and may choose another service provider. I have scheduled an appointment in advance when I arrived there I was told that I didn’t have one. “They squeezed me in”As a favor. At the end of the services I was told that my car have many issues which I stated that one of them was checked and switch es by them. I provided the bulb. The service agent stated that he didn’t have time and that he actually included me in the schedule. First of all I had an appt and they lacked to put it in the system. Again very disappointing More

My wife and I were treated with respect as tony vu had said when I called him about my dissatisfaction with my car. I never said he didn’t. The problem is that Ali a salesman that was let go told me it wa said when I called him about my dissatisfaction with my car. I never said he didn’t. The problem is that Ali a salesman that was let go told me it was a non smoking vehicle. But my wife noticed a burn mark in the head liner That was not seen because of where I inspected the vehicle. From the drivers side. Secondly tony took over the sale and I called him to ask if the vehicle was ready. He said yes come down. I came down with the money. Paid for it then had to wait several hours for it. It wasn’t ready as tony said. Was to anxious to get my money. I asked for proof in writing that the 30000 mile maintenance was done. He never provided me with any proof that was done. I also received the vehicle after several hours to find it was not cleaned or detailed. Just washed. When I got the vehicle home I noticed a unbelievable amount of scratches on the car which you can’t see when it was dirty. Also the head liner has a burn in it which I was told it was a non smoking car. Also where the tachometer and speed gauge is. The plastic was all scratched and looks like xxxx. When I test drove the vehicle that was not like that. So when tony cleaned the car he must have wiped it with something abrasive like a paper towel or something to cause it to get all scratched up. He said he was the one who cleaned it. So I assume he was responsible for the scratches on the plastic. If I saw the burn in the liner, all the scratches on the vehicle and the plastic all scratched up To read the speedometer. I wouldn’t have payed that much for the vehicle and would have walked away. Or purchased it for a lot less. The way it was I got stuck paying a additional 2800 for the car because I payed cash for it. So I was lied to, the car was not ready, the car was not even detailed after I was told it was ready. The headliner had a burn in it when it was supposed to be a non smoking car and proof or the 30000 mile maintenance was not provided scratches all over the vehicle and the plastic was all scratched up where you read the rpm’s and speedometer. How do you think I feel? How would you feel if this happened to you? I am sure you would be upset and feel as if you been lied to and screwed too. Am I wrong? So I called tony and he said when I bring it in I will get it detailed and a tank of gas. Well, I want everything fixed the way it should have been when I paid cash for the car. More
