Waited over an hour for rental car. Informed them I was coming to pick up car and when got there invoice wasn’t ready so waited some more. Then since Boch Nissan is so poor I had to pay my own credit card coming to pick up car and when got there invoice wasn’t ready so waited some more. Then since Boch Nissan is so poor I had to pay my own credit card fees. Now no one will return my 4 messages regarding the fact that I just spent $4700 dollars and my check engine light is still on. Once this situation is taken care of I will never go back!!! More

The service advisor is wonderful SGONCALVES I will only deal with him. As far a the payments go’s I can’t believe because you pay with a credit card they’re adding on 3% to process it.
