This was a terrible sales experience. It took well over five hours, a good portion of that time was our sales person Mike bragging how he had called one of his past customers a "stupid xxxxx". He then went five hours, a good portion of that time was our sales person Mike bragging how he had called one of his past customers a "stupid xxxxx". He then went on to say how his GM didn't do anything about this because he is such an awesome salesman. After that he said we needed to call our insurance company for him then left the office NOT telling us what he needed. I was not able to find Mike while our insurance rep was on the phone, so I explained the situation to the first person I could find. This person (name unknown) told us to have the rep call him on his phone, I imagine he didn't want to walk the distance of two offices. He did come to the office we were in to tell us Mike was wrong and nothing was needed from our insurance company. When Mike did return he told us he did need information and had us call back, he then promptly left the office again. Put in the SAME situation we had to find a third person (name unknown) he seemed to get the information needed. At the close of the deal we had temp plates and would get our standard plates soon. We bought the car on 3/28 as of 5/30 we still have no plates, and no timeline on when to expect them. I would like to say I am very happy with my 2020 Nissan Sentra, however if this is how you allow your dealerships to run it will be the last Nissan I buy. Side note: I understand times are tough with DMV however two weeks after this experience my wife needed a new car, we went to a different dealership (also in MA) and we received her plates within a week. More

$115 for an oil change. Didn’t take off my $10 coupon at register. I should have confirmed. Now they add a 3% charge for using credit card (which is not lawful in MA) but claim you can get it back on next v register. I should have confirmed. Worst, and I mean worst is they tell me to give them a perfect review and I’ll get 50% off next visit. Not extortion. They even stamp it on my invoice and walk me through the answers on the Nissan survey. Not to mention over an hour wait with an appt. More
