Took more than two weeks to pay off my previous lienholder, and the sales manager wasn't truthful about when the check was sent (previous lienholder shared the overnight receipt information with me so that was disappointing. He could have just been honest and said they didn't mail it on time.) I have bought many cars over my lifetime, and this was the worst transaction I can recall having. The people who were there when I picked up my car were helpful and friendly, however, and I appreciated their focus on getting my car ready for me. More
We had a rough time at first picking out our new vehicle, a few issues with our first selection, but Tony Vu literally swooped in and saved the day. They charged me an inflated amount of money for an accessory that they never put on the vehicle. When I contacted them about it they said they would look into it and get back to me which they never accessory that they never put on the vehicle. I bought my Leaf at BOCH South. David Pari had me come down for an appointment and didn’t even troubleshoot. When I emailed and texted him a video of the issue, he never responded. Corporate told me to go to Dan O’Brien. They took my issue seriously and I believe they fixed the issue. I am very pleased with Dan O’Brien, and quite disappointed with BOCH South. More
