Craig, you do live a distance away from the dealership so we actually were awaiting to hear from you regarding the wheel locks. If you wanted to schedule a time to have them installed here or simply have them mailed out to you. We did not have time to install them before you took delivery as they ha d to be ordered and did not arrive in time before meeting with you at the DMV near where you live. We truly do not feel a 1-start review is fair as we did everything possible to make sure you had your truck within the timeframe you requested. Good morning, Considering you purchased your vehicle two years ago it's hard to help with covering the entire cost of tires for you. I understand you spoke with David, our service manager. He offered to help with pricing on tires, and an alignment at "our cost" to help with your inconvenience from such a long time ago. I also understand that you were not happy with anything he was trying to do to help. We are not perfect by any means and do make mistakes, but we work hard everyday with earning our customers business and making things right when they don't go as expected. I bought my vehicle 16 months ago. I am sorry that I didn’t catch it sooner, but I’m not a qualified mechanic and I rely on trained service technicians to advise me on my vehicle. And Dave offered me nothing. In fact, he said there was nothing he could do. You sold me a “Certified pre-owned vehicle” that per Nissan standards must pass a rigorous 167 point inspection. Per point 151 or 152 (depending on the form you use) on that inspection: the tires must be the correct size per OEM standards. The tires on my vehicle are not the correct size. Please reference the pictures that I sent to Ms Seguin yesterday. You sold me a vehicle that your dealership didn’t even inspect, which is fraud. Your implication that I’m trying to pull one over on you and get new tires for nothing is noted. However I have documentation showing what time I took my car to my local Nissan dealership for routine service, the notes from the technician about the tire size error, and my phone records showing that less than 2 hours after driving in for service I called your service department to rectify the issue. If you’re truly trying to work hard for your customers, why is your Better Business Bureau rating an F?

The software upgrade didn’t work. After I took it back to Dan O’Brien, they investigated and this is what they wrote to me; Good afternoon Marcel, this is Nelly getting back to you with an update. So I have done some digging and found that the concern you are experiencing with the static in the speakers, when phone is connected to USB, is a known concern that NISSAN is already aware of. I found numerous reports in our database and as of right now, this is under Engineering review, which means that they are not making any repair recommendation at this time. They are still trying to find a fix. As soon as I hear more about this, I will definitely let you know.
