wHEN WE BOUGHT BRAND NEW WE WHERE REALLY IMPRESSES. THEN WE BOUGHT THE NEXT CAR USED. THE SALES PERSON FALSELY DESCRIBED THE DETAILS OF THE CAR AND THE DAY WE SAT DOWN TO SIGN THE PAPERS HE WAS RUNNING ARO WE BOUGHT THE NEXT CAR USED. HE THEN COMES BACK AND TELLS US OUR VEHICLE WAS MARKED WRONG AND IT IS NOT A CERTIFIED VEHICLE. HE COULD NOT SIT AND FINISH THE BUYING PROCESS WITH OUT RUNNING BETWEEN US AND THE NEW PERSON HE WAS TRYING TO SELL TO. WE ASKED FOR COPIES OF MANUALS AND NEEDED SOME WROK DONE ON THE VEHICLE. AFTER WE FINALLY BOUGHT THE VEHICLE HE DIDNT HAVE ANY TIME TO TALK TO US ABOUT THE REPAIRS. THE SALES REP NEVER CALLED US TO CHECK ON THE REPAIRS THAT WHERE IN OUR INITIAL PACKAGE TO HAVE FIXED AND THEN WHEN I REQUESTED A LOANER UNTILL THEY COULD GET THE VEHICLE FIXED I FELT LIKE I WAS ASKING FOR THE WORLD. I HAD TO FINALLY CALL THE OWNER TO GET A LOANER. More
We were charged thousands of dollars for a service job that did not correct the problem. The vehicle still did not run and the service team had no desire or knowledge to find and correct the problem after that did not correct the problem. Another garage found the problem within a few days and it cost a couple of hundred dollars to get to the problem. Getting in touch with the person who is working on your vehicle is a nightmare. No return phone calls and no communication. The only reason they received a l rating is there is no negative numbers. More

The reception transfers you to service and they never want to answer so the call is transfered back to the operator who transfers you back nightmare.
