My number one priority when purchasing a vehicle is whether the dealership is fair and respectful. I have not been pleased with the dealerships close to me and drove 4 hours to do business with Rothroc whether the dealership is fair and respectful. Upon meeting Brian, he looked me in the eye and guaranteed me that their philosophy was to treat everyone like family and do whatever it takes to make sure you come back. I purchased a certified Chrysler Van. The price I received for my trade was poor and the asking price of the van was slightly higher than the vans available closer to home. I was willing to make the purchase because it was certified. I was worried about not having a four wheel drive and was assured that the van had new all season tires and would certainly get me around in normal winter weather. I have trouble getting up even slight inclines in the rain let alone the snow. I was told that my Limited van had all the options. It has DVD overhead bins but they are empty. When I called to discuss these issues, no one returned my calls. My van required major engine repairs in less than 5000 miles. At the repair center (Not Rothrock), I was informed that the van had been in for major repairs requiring engine removal at Rothrock just before I purchased. The repairs had not been completed correctly which was now requiring the 2nd engine pulling. I contacted Rothrock and asked for them to take the van back and arrange an exchange to a different vehicle. This was not an option. I then asked them to give me a price to repurchase the van. I was told that a number could not be given without them seeing the vehicle. I drove 4 hours only to have a salesman peek in and write down the mileage. I then asked to speak with Brian and he went out to look at the vehicle. He told me he would get back to me in a couple of days with a number. When I heard nothing, I emailed. When I heard nothing, I called. Talked with Brian and he admitted to avoiding me but would call me back later in the day with a number. Emailed and left messages over the following 2 weeks and never received a call back. The last email sent stated that if I did not hear from Brian in 3 days I would terminate any relationship with Rothrock and submit my review of their dealership More

My father has bought a few Nissan vehicles over the years from Rothrock, and always had a good experience. It was time for my wife to upgrade her vehicle. My father contacted Brian at Rothrock to see if they would extend their owner appreciation perks to my wife and I. They were happy to do so. My father introduced me to Brian and he set us up with Brendan Kelly. We looked at a few Muranos, he showed me the features of the SUV and explained the mechanics ie: CVT, AWD system, wheels, and engine. He was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling. We took it for a test drive and I was able to swing by my house so my wife could look at the car and take it for a spin. We decided to purchase the vehicle. Even after the sale was complete Brendan drove my car back to my house programed the cars garage door opener and hooked my wife's iPhone up to the blue tooth in the car. I had an excellent car buying experience at Rothrock. More

The salesman, Tom went above and beyond to get our deal done. He made sure we found he perfect car for us, with all the features we wanted and then some, and somehow made it fit our budget! Barry was VERY knowledgable on all the models we were interested in looking at and explained everything we needed to know in terms we UNDERSTOOD. When we finally picked out our car we got a GREAT deal from Barry ( he worked very hard with his manager Bob to get the number I wanted to pay) Barry went above and beyond what you expect from a normal salesman even staying late(we were the last ones off the lot at our first meeting) and coming in early to finish the paperwork to accomidate MY schedule.
