Picked what Jeep I wanted on the Internet and emailed the dealer. They had it ready and waiting for me to drive by the time I got there. Liked it so much I decided to buy. I visited 3 Chrysler dealerships looking for a new Town and Country. Rothrock was by far the most postive experience! When we first arrived, our salesperson Barry was finishing w/ another customer. A new salesperson in training named Alvie was quick to jump in and was very helpful in getting us started looking at the van until Barry was available. When Barry arrived, he was very knowledgeable, I even learned a few things about the van I was trading in. I did not feel pressured, I felt all of my needs were listened to and met even beyond my expectations! I was looking at the Town and Country Touring-L and in the end I leased The Limited for a better price than I got from the dealership 5 minutes from my for the Touring-L!!!!! Of the 3 dealerships I visited, Rothrock was the furthest away but worth the few extra miles. Based on my positive experience, I will travel the extra distance to have my new vehicle serviced there as well! I felt I was dealing with honest professionals all the way around!!!!!!! More
After shopping around for a car it was a nice surprise when Jay appeared and could answer all of my questions and helped me find the car that I wanted. Barry was great! No pressure and he worked with me on what I wanted in a new vehicle. He was honest about what he thought on resell value on the few vehicles I had in mind and as a result I did not buy t what I wanted in a new vehicle. Bob took the time to walk me through whatever the issue was (price, warranty, service), he was always patient, helpful and respectful. It is rare to deal with someone who is not only proud and knowledgeable of his product but is sincerely happy at and with the company he works for, Bob is such a person. He shares his enthusiasms with anyone he comes in contact with, be it a fellow Rothrocker or a potential client. Bob worked with me, not around me, to make this an exceptional experience worth repeating (coming back again). More
Went in to dealership with a pretty good idea of the truck that I wanted to purchase. While looking at the trucks on the lot, I was approached by Alvie Fennell. Alvie took the extra time to review all the features on the truck, the benefits of the dealership and to answer all questions I had. I have purchased 6 new vehicles in my lifetime and this was by far the most positive experience I have ever had with a sales representative. Barry Camfield (Alvie's Mentor) joined us on the second day that I met with Alvie to assist in negotiations and paperwork. We settled on an exact vehicle and (as much as I hate the paperwork)pushed through all of the red tape in a fairly quick manner. More
Matt and Brendan were both very helpful and courteous. Although this was all done towards the very end of the day, and all three of us were very tired, I have to say this was a pleasant car-buying experience. After the sale, Matt drove 45 minutes to my place of business to pick up the title to my trade-in vehicle (I had forgotten the title initially)which I think goes beyond normal service. Brendan did a great job with the paperwork, which was a little more complicated than normal, as the car I purchased was titled in the name of my company. More
