Back in oct. 2010 i leased a nissan altima from Barry Camfield at Rothrock Motors. At that time i was very pleased with the work Barry did to make my decision to lease as easy as possible.Therefor when i decided to look at buying a new mini-van i decided to contact Barry again.Ilooked at a number of difference manufacturers but Barry made it easy for me to decide on the Dodge caravan.He listened to what i needed ,showed me a few different price range vehicles and finally ended up with the vehicle that fit my needs and price range.Barry seems to be willing to put in the time and hard work that it takes to be a successful sales person. I am new to buying used cars and had little knowledge on the process. Jay Palermo is the salesman who assisted me. Before we sat down and talked about any of the scary buying issues and what not. He gave me all the info I needed and directed me towards a credit union, which i had no idea i had to do, being as my credit was bad. (This was before I even told Jay I was buying a car). This I found impact full due to the fact that most people won't take that much time and initiative to help if they are not sure they will get it back. We exchanged number and several texts and calls later Jay helped me to be well on my way to purchasing a new vehicle. Now that the first process Jay helped me on is on its way to completion I am ready to look at cars. Jay is incredibly patient, even though I am a bit needy, he is always patient with me and helping understand the in's and out's of car buying. Jay always take's the time to explain everything he is doping in great detail when you want it. This is so important especially when buying your first used vehicle. Never once has jay pressured me I am extremely comfortable with dealing with him and I feel he will give me the best bang for my buck as it were. Apparently I could go on and on about this young man, patient, kind, trust worthy, and intelligent. I really have nothing but good things to say about Roth Rock and Jay Palermo. Trust me, I will definitely be sending my friends and family this way. Without a doubt I know where to go when looking for an outstanding salesman who is diligent in his work that I can trust. More
Barry never talked down do us. He was always very respectful and listened to our needs of pricing. He took time explaining all of the options of the car too! I visited many dealers in the Valley. I was really running out of patience with dealers sales people. He found what I wanted and when she arrived he was excited for me. For the first time I must say it was a PLEASURE for me to have dealt with a salesman who listen and respected my wishes, he respected what was important for me in a vehicle and got me what I wanted... He was knowledgeable and easy to talk too. I will be recommending the dealership as well as my favorite sales person to anyone who happens to be looking for a new car. More

I went to Rothrock because I had worked with other local car dealers in the area and found that they usually disappointed me. I immediately was greeted by Steve Krause who was very friendly and down to eart car dealers in the area and found that they usually disappointed me. Steve was very professional and he was able to respond to my questions with knowlegeable answers. Steve's open and friendly personality allowed for easy conversation in which he also offered options for my preferences.
