Even though Barry Camfield hasn't sold me a car yet. He has always been helpful and courteous to me after buying my Town and Country. I went back to Barry and told him I was having problems with my Navigat has always been helpful and courteous to me after buying my Town and Country. I went back to Barry and told him I was having problems with my Navigation system. He took 20 minutes of his time to help me learn my system. I had to go back again with a Blue Tooth problem and he was able to help me correct it. I hope Rothrock realizes that they have an outstanding Sales person Barry Camfield who is willing to help all customers. His knoweledge of my vehicle is superb. I will certainly remember him when I purchase my next Town and County because of his knowledge and willingness to help. More

Rothrock by far has the most capable sales staff around even though I bought the Jeep compass and found it was too small it were able to let me trade up to a patriot no questions asked I walked in the morn even though I bought the Jeep compass and found it was too small it were able to let me trade up to a patriot no questions asked I walked in the morning by 1130 am I was driving out in my new patriot. As far as I'm concerned I will buy no other vehicle from any other dealership, and I have bought from other dealers and paid the price for it. Recently I had to shop for a reliable, late model used car for my daughter. Honestly I was dreading the task because I cannot stand the xx that you usually have to deal with at most used car lots/dealersh car for my daughter. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by my experience working with Tony Jabbour at RothRock Motor Sales in Allentown. My number one priority when purchasing a vehicle is whether the dealership is fair and respectful. I have not been pleased with the dealerships close to me and drove 4 hours to do business with Rothroc whether the dealership is fair and respectful. Upon meeting Brian, he looked me in the eye and guaranteed me that their philosophy was to treat everyone like family and do whatever it takes to make sure you come back. I purchased a certified Chrysler Van. The price I received for my trade was poor and the asking price of the van was slightly higher than the vans available closer to home. I was willing to make the purchase because it was certified. I was worried about not having a four wheel drive and was assured that the van had new all season tires and would certainly get me around in normal winter weather. I have trouble getting up even slight inclines in the rain let alone the snow. I was told that my Limited van had all the options. It has DVD overhead bins but they are empty. When I called to discuss these issues, no one returned my calls. My van required major engine repairs in less than 5000 miles. At the repair center (Not Rothrock), I was informed that the van had been in for major repairs requiring engine removal at Rothrock just before I purchased. The repairs had not been completed correctly which was now requiring the 2nd engine pulling. I contacted Rothrock and asked for them to take the van back and arrange an exchange to a different vehicle. This was not an option. I then asked them to give me a price to repurchase the van. I was told that a number could not be given without them seeing the vehicle. I drove 4 hours only to have a salesman peek in and write down the mileage. I then asked to speak with Brian and he went out to look at the vehicle. He told me he would get back to me in a couple of days with a number. When I heard nothing, I emailed. When I heard nothing, I called. Talked with Brian and he admitted to avoiding me but would call me back later in the day with a number. Emailed and left messages over the following 2 weeks and never received a call back. The last email sent stated that if I did not hear from Brian in 3 days I would terminate any relationship with Rothrock and submit my review of their dealership More
