We shared concerns about 2 other issues with our salesman, Bob V. When we picked up the car the next evening, Bob told us it would take 2 weeks for them to get an answer from a factory rep to let us know what could be done to remedy these concerns. Now, one month later, we haven't heard from Bob. This only becomes a bigger issue because when we called Bob to have the original warranty work done, we weren't contacted for 2 weeks and WE called to see what the problem was. Bob was very apologetic for the lack of communication, but now it has happened again. When we first purchased the car at the end of July, Bob called us a few times to remind us about filling out this survey (at dealerrater)and how he would really appreciate an excellent rating/recommendation from us. And we did. Now WE need our vehicle to be taken care of and once again, there has been no communication. It seems that once the sale is made, that is all that they care about. I would not recommend Rothrock. More

I'd like to start off by saying I really do not enjoy shopping for a vehicle, due to the high pressure salesmen I'm accustom to having. However I cannot say it this time. This was our first experience with rothrock and it was by far the best experience we've ever had with a car dealership. Doc gave us outstanding customer service. Went to Rothrock to purchase to new Jeep Wrangler. Frank Petrole was our Sales Associate. We went for test drives in two separate Wrangler. Frank had alot of knowledge on both vehicles. What we liked about Frank that he was very personable and friendly and not pushy. Most salesman are very aggresive. He made sure that we were happy with our selection. The jeep was given in excellent condition when we picked it up. Frank made sure that most of the paperwork was completed before we arrived for pickup so we wouldn't have to wait. Overall I say Frank was a pleasure to work with. If I know someone who would like to make a purchase at Rothrock, I would recommend Frank as the sales associate. More

We have purchased quite a few cars from Rothrock and Frank has been the sales associate we have always dealt with. We had been thinking of purchasing a new car but we weren't sure what dealership to go Frank has been the sales associate we have always dealt with. We then received a letter stating that he was back at Rothrock and the decision was made to once again deal with him. Frank has always been very friendly and is very knowledgeable about the cars he sells. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he always went the extra mile for us. Frank is an exceptional employee and we will continue to tell our friends and families that if they want to deal with an honest, friendly and knowledgeable sales associate, go to Rothrock and ask for Frank. He was never pushy and he was always concerned about satisfying us, the customer. Thank you Frank.. We love the Compass. More
