Andy and Tyler went out of their way to make our deal a reality. And what a deal! They worked tirelessly to work out payment terms and value for our trade that we needed in order to get into our new vehi reality. And what a deal! In addition, they took into account the great distance we brought our family in order to take delivery. And when a rare set of circumstances threatened to jeopardize the deal, Andy and Tyler worked around the clock to fix the problem and even deliver our new vehicle to us. Since Rothrock was the nearest Nissan Dealer to our home my wife and I stopped by to look at a Frontier. Lucky for us we were introduced to Sales Consultant Edwin Serrano. He was professional, polite, and knowledgable about the Frontier. Edwin went out of his way to answer all of our questions, and to please us. When we were ready to buy, we were introduced to Carl Rollins the Sales Manager. Luck was with us again, because both Edwin and Carl made our purchase a very enjoyable experience. I have purchased several new and used cars in my lifetime....why weren't they as pleasant as this? The day after we brought the Frontier home, I noticed a slight imperfection in the tailgate that was not noticed at delivery. I went back and Edwin and Carl made arrangements with Pete Aguilar the Assistant Collision Manager to have the damage repaired. Pete is another great employee that was introduced to me. The tailgate was repaired to my satisfaction with no problems. While the truck was being repaired, I had it striped. The striping was done by Jarred Stirk the Reconditioning Manager. How did Rothrock manage to employ all these great people? Overall purchasing a new vehicle from Rothrock was a very enjoyable experience due to the professional employees that we met. Because of initially being assigned to Edwin Serrano, we did not need to got to another Nissan Dealer to be treated fairly. I'm going back to Edwin to buy my next Nissan. More
I am thrilled to say I purchased a Nissan Rogue today, 11/30/12 (after first shopping at Rothrock two days prior). I haven't had to shop for a car in quite a long time and I was not looking forward to it, but Jason made the experience easy and enjoyable. He is personable, knowledgeable, and up front about the products he represents. I did not feel pressured into buying on the spot and he allowed me an extended test drive to get a feel for the car I was considering purchasing. Thanks too, to Shawn, a newer hire, who assisted Jason and who was equally as pleasant to deal with. Both helped make it a great experience. Hats off to the training team for putting customer satisfaction first and leaving high pressure selling to the other many dealers! More

Anthony never rushed us,on the contrary he very patiently answered all of our questions,which were too many,and showed us all the vehicles we asked him to see.He helped us select the right vehicle while staying within our budget, making us feel like we were his #1 priority. I would highly recommend my friends and family not only to purchase a vehicle from Rothrock Motors,but to ask for Anthony's help to do so. What a pleasant experience,it was nice to see how people go out of their way to inform you and help you in any way they can to help you make the right purchase for your family,while staying after business hours to do so. HE EVEN SUGGESTED A LESS EXPENSIVE OPTION COMPARING FUEL ECONO PERFECTLY SUITED CAR PREVIOUSLY. KNEW RUBEN WOULD BE FAIR AND HELPFUL WITH SELECTION. HE EVEN SUGGESTED A LESS EXPENSIVE OPTION COMPARING FUEL ECONOMY AND PERFORMANCE HOWEVER STATING THE DECISION WAS MINE. DECIDED TO STICK WITH HIGHER PRICED OPTION BECAUSE I WANTED THE ADDED HP. More

This is a follow-up to our original review of Rothrock. This is a follow-up to our original review of Rothrock. On Oct. 24,2012, we dropped off our new car at Rothrock for warranty work. We shared conce This is a follow-up to our original review of Rothrock. On Oct. 24,2012, we dropped off our new car at Rothrock for warranty work. We shared concerns about 2 other issues with our salesman, Bob V. When we picked up the car the next evening, Bob told us it would take 2 weeks for them to get an answer from a factory rep to let us know what could be done to remedy these concerns. Now, one month later, we haven't heard from Bob. This only becomes a bigger issue because when we called Bob to have the original warranty work done, we weren't contacted for 2 weeks and WE called to see what the problem was. Bob was very apologetic for the lack of communication, but now it has happened again. When we first purchased the car at the end of July, Bob called us a few times to remind us about filling out this survey (at dealerrater)and how he would really appreciate an excellent rating/recommendation from us. And we did. Now WE need our vehicle to be taken care of and once again, there has been no communication. It seems that once the sale is made, that is all that they care about. I would not recommend Rothrock. More
