These three gentlemen went above and beyond to make our car buying experience an easy and enjoyable one. They were very attentive (even bought us pizza) and even kept us occupied while we were waiting on the business office. I will DEFINITELY recommend them to others, as a matter of fact I already have. I had been dealing with another dealer for a few years and was NOT treated good at all. So i heard about RothRock on the radio so I went there at the end of my Jeep lease. I was so happy to meet with Bren and was NOT treated good at all. So i heard about RothRock on the radio so I went there at the end of my Jeep lease. I was so happy to meet with Brendan Kelly. He has been so helpful and nice that my sons have also leased cars from Brendan. In fact we never worry about our cars because we know Brendan will take very good care of all us.Hes one of the best car dealers i have met. Frank fought for what I wanted. I gave a specific number I wanted to stay at and he made sure to work it out with me. The only thing I did not approve of was the sales manager did not check to see if I was I wanted to stay at and he made sure to work it out with me. The only thing I did not approve of was the sales manager did not check to see if I was approved before sending me off believing everything was set to go. I left and came back the next day expecting to have everything ready to be signed to find out that nothing was done. This made for a long afternoon at the dealership but Frank made me feel at home and reassured they would make it work. I'm enjoying my new 2013 Durango and will be sure to do business with them again in 2 years. More
Purchased 2013 Pathfinder. Took it home and my wife hated the color and wanted different options. Rothrock took it back the next business day and exchanged it for one she liked. My mother and son were with me for my purchase and they repeated to me the helpful and courteous staff, and the true genuineness of Barry Camfield. I was planning to visit other dealerships but after meeting and talking with Barry, I knew I was purchasing a vehicle from Rothrock. Additionally, I am not sure of the Sales Manager name but he was extremely helpful and friendly. I can't say enough positive things about Barry and his team. I will go back to Rothrock and convey to others my experience. More
Andy Kline was great to deal with. This is my kind of transaction. This is my third Durango, and I knew that I was going to purchase a new one, it was just a matter of finding the right equipment and pr transaction. This is my third Durango, and I knew that I was going to purchase a new one, it was just a matter of finding the right equipment and price. I did not need to be "Sold". Andy emailed with me about what they had on there lot and worked on the price as a business transaction. I have to say, I walked out of 3 or 4 other dealerships because they only know how to "Sell" with pressure, this was not the case at Rothrock. I drove 50 miles to deal with a Sales staff and dealership that treat me right, leaving behind many Dodge dealers that are closer to my work and home. Frank help with the transaction when I went to pick up the Durango. All of the paperwork was in order and we were able to meet my goal of being in and out with the new Durango in 30 min. I would also like to point out, Rothrock was fair when putting a value on my trade. Many dealers will give you a lower price on the purchase and make it up by low balling you on the trade. This was not the case at Rothrock, they gave a fair price on the purchase and on the trade. If you want to deal with a professional in a business type transaction, call Andy Kline, Asst.
