We needed a van due to the need for a mobility scooter to be transported. We went to Rothrock and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We sitll have alot to learn, and have been back to see Barry since purchasing it, and he continues to take the time to be sure we have every detail mastered. While waiting for paperwork to be completed on the day of purchase, not only was Barry's customer service exemplary, but the entire staff greeted us, offered beverages, and made sure our wait was comfortable and pleasant. I really wasn’t interested but he offered me more money on my current vehicle and worked out a great deal for me. Steven is good at his job and was a pleasure to deal with as well as being friendly, personable, helpful and knowledgeable. I also noticed that Steven was leading the department in sales…that shows he’s good at his job. He made what I felt would be a negative car buying experience turn out to be very positive and worthwhile. Brian Amill handled the financing and paperwork. Steve is the only person I will shop at he is the best car seller ever. He worked his magic with me 4 months prior getting me a 2012 pathfinder that I did not ever think I would be able to afford nor did car seller ever.
