My husband and I had looked at the cars we were most interested in at the car show, on-line and, once we decided on a Dodge, at the cars on Rothrock's lot. He knew it was going to be a difficult decision for us so he showed us everything about both cars and explained all their features never leaning toward one or the other but allowing us to make the decision without feeling pushed. The primary sales rep was Matt Kunsman, and he was a very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly young man who followed-up and attended to all my needs/concerns during the purchasing process. Overall I'm very happy and very satisfied with Rothrock Motor Sales and its top-notch staff, I would highly recommend them and no doubt they will be first on my list for any potential future purchases. I needed a new car since my old car was very undependable. I had been to all the dealerships in the valley (toyota,honda,subaru,mazda). We Traveled from Scranton down to Rothrock Just for the value however once we were greeted by Matt Kunsman we had an amazing experience.
