I unexpectedly found myself in need of a new car. Our last experience with Rothrock and the vehicle we selected was good so we decided to repeat the experience. We were disappointed that our prior sales last experience with Rothrock and the vehicle we selected was good so we decided to repeat the experience. We were disappointed that our prior salesman was no longer with the company but we were quickly taken care of by the Rothrock staff. Edwin Serrano was our sales person and he has the two vehicles were looking at ready for our test drive. Originally my life partner and I were split on the vehicle choice (he liked the cube-the same vehicle we had before) and I was interested in the Versa 5 Dr HB. The Versa won and then Brian Amill did the most amazing finance finagling I have ever experienced. I walked out of your dealership with such a good feeling for your staff and their willingness to go that extra effort that meant I could have a reliable car for my lengthy commute. What started out as a terrible week turned 180 degrees thanks to your staff. We will be back (OK if it is a little longer than 8 months??). More
My wife and I recently were looking at leasing a Jeep for our daughter but had trouble finding exactly what she wanted. Our local dealer did not have a match and searched for 2 days to come up with one. Afte our daughter but had trouble finding exactly what she wanted. After researching online and a phone Call to Jill we headed the hour drive to Rothrock and were in awe of their huge inventory. We were instructed by Jill to ask for Willie and upon our arrival he assigned Anthony Manly as our salesman. Anthony was excellent and walked us through the process. When talking prices we explained we wanted a softop and they only had a hardtop which was an additional $1000.00 or so. We would have to purchase a soft top at an additional $400.00 to $500.00. So it would cost an additional $1500.00 for the vehicle. Anthony then asked if he could get the soft top thrown into the deal would we take the car right away and we agreed. He then went and spoke to Willie Torres and came back to the table with the paperwork with the agreed price. After reviewing the paperwork we found out the top was not included after we asked and Willie was very stern in the fact that he was already giving us a great deal because we were on the internet but he did not disclose the fact until after we asked. Anthony didn't know what to say other than I asked him to throw it in the deal. Next thing the credit report. We had our credit report run the previous day at another Jeep dealer and he gave us a number that was very favorable but when Willie ran the report it came in much lower, 81 points lower than the previous day, and informed us it would cost possibly $100.00 more per month with this rating. We left and 2 days later no return call as promised which is fine because we went back to the original dealer the next day and purchased a jeep and got a great deal beating the Rothrock deal by $400.00. This reason for the rating is the reduction in credit score vs. other Jeep dealers. More
I went to Rothrock to check out their used lot. I had very specific requirements I was looking for and was without a car for over 7 months because of them. I began to loathe dealerships and salesmen. Rothrock was a completely different experience all together. Andy Kline went through every single used car with me and we almost came up empty handed. Andy contacted me after my visit when a car that met all my requirements showed up on the lot. 6 days later I took it home! I was so in love with my previous car and I did not think I would ever find a comparable replacement. What makes it even better is all of my requirements were met, if not exceeded! I appreciate Andy listening to what my needs were and finding a way to make sure I got what worked best for me. This was my first time buying a car on my own and Andy and the employees at Rothrock made me feel confident in my decision. I'll never loathe buying a car from Rothrock! More

I was highly disappointed since I felt judged from the door. I am a Senior Engineer making extremely good money. I was told I couldn't test drive the 370z off the lot unless I was going to buy the car sooner than later. It doesn't work that way! Who buys a $50K car when their test drive was a 5mph ride around the lot. I was serious about considering making the 370z my next car but it was obvious I wasn't worth the time. I will be checking out another Nissan dealer where respect is their main goal. More

So when we decided to move up to a bigger vehicle, we chose a new 2013 Durango. From the moment we got on the lot and met Shayne and Willie on Saturday for some information and upon returning on Wednesday and meeting Jose, Steven, and Frank, the experience was golden. Jose allowed my wife and I a truly stress free experience and not to mention we got a great deal on the trade in of our old Nissan. They really try to take care of their returning customers and it made the experience all the more worth it. I would recommend that if you are looking for a new car to go to Rothrock and ask for Jose by name. He will take care of you and look out for you at the same time. It was also really nice having conversations with Steven and Frank upon closing the deal. We look forward to many years enjoying our Durango, servicing our vehicle there, and becoming third time buyers later down the line. Thanks Rothrock! More
