I had done some research on-line on the Jeep Grand Cherokee. I thought I was pretty familiar with the car I was going to test drive. Matt took time to go throught the whole car, bumper to bumper, to s Cherokee. I thought I was pretty familiar with the car I was going to test drive. Matt took time to go throught the whole car, bumper to bumper, to show and explain features of the vehicle, and how they worked. I was very impressed by the things he showed me about the vehicle that I had not known before. I asked questions in the middle of Matt's presentation, which were answered, and then he continued where he left off. I was at a different Jeep dealership earlier that same week. The sales person was not knowledgeable about the car, and she did not give me half of the thorough presentation that Matt gave me. Then, the manager came and talked down to me as he gave a speach about financing, instead of focusing on what I was looking for in a car. He was very argumentative. Why do I need financing if they haven't even shown me anything I would considering buying? My wife and I walked out! Matt Kunsman, my sales consultant at Rothrock, exceeded my expectations.
