Went in on follow-up telephone call with no expectations to purchase a new vehicle. I was asked what it would take to trade my current vehicle on a new one. I gave them very specific requirements regardin to purchase a new vehicle. I was asked what it would take to trade my current vehicle on a new one. I gave them very specific requirements regarding the vehicle and what I was will to pay monthly and I didn't want to lease. The Sales person first found a car that met my specific requirements and then proceeded to discuss current rebates and financial offers. We test drove the vehicle and agreed if they could meet the payment requirements, I consider purchasing. There was no haggling or game playing. They met my financial requirements and I purchased. The overall experience was one of the best I've had in regard to purchasing an automobile with both Max and Bob being excellent to work with. More

My Name is Joe Selitto. I went to rothrock motors inquiring about a 2012 chevy cruze that I had saw on there website. When I got to the lot I drove over to the car (on a count of there lot being so large). I then drove up to the sales office and was greeted by DOC. He was a very friendly gentleman and not your run of the mill robot sales person. He did not through some corny sales pitch at me at all. He found out why I was there and what i was looking to do, and he went to work. I have to say these guys at this dealership are hard working and will fight the bank to get the deal. They were able to put a nice deal together even though my credit was less then perfect. Ed Long the sales manager and Brian Amill the finance manager had large part in getting the deal done as well. My experience all around was a pleasure. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family and really anyone who's looking for a car or truck. Rothrock was great! I can't express how wonderful working with Andrew Kline was. On our way to get gas befor the test drive, the car ran out of gas. Case in point: My w Rothrock has become so large a dealership that they cannot service the cars/truck that they sell. Case in point: My wife had taken her car to the service department to have a fuel switch replace which was under warranty. The service manager said it would take about 3 to 4 hours. We returned 5 hours later and the car has not moved form the original parking place. When we went to see the service manager, we were told that that it would be to 4 hours once it was in the shop and that he would expedite getting it into the shop. I would rather them tell me "I really don't know when it will be ready" than to tell me that kind of crap. I will never purchase another car from Rothrock again as they are too big to service their customers.
